Programmer? We had this created for us many many years ago and love it, however the guy that would update/fix it retired many years ago. A few years before he retired, the system crashed and a lot was lost and due to lack of keeping up with knowledge base, he was only able to put band-aids here and there. So for the last 10 years we have been dealing with little issues here and there. We were able to find the son of an associate of his who could remote connect and that was doing great at helping us fix things little by little but however, there are often many occasions where he does not have time to help us and sometimes we are in dire need of help to the point where we are either doing things manually or parts of the business are being completely shut down waiting for help.
(so I am also looking for someone who can be our support person for comet. We really love the program and would hate to scrap using it, but without having someone to help us out, we can't have portions of out business on hold waiting days to see if the tech guy will reply, which is the situation we are in now, which is costing us money and issues with our customers)
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
