The first subscription cert install of the year was at a long-time account, former Q user. Cert went in and only 42 out of their 52 licenses were available. I was able to get a replacement cert from Barbara that included 2017 licensing. Do the current subscription licenses assume that the user is running Comet2018? Did the 42 license limit move into place because they previously had a 42 user cert under Comet2017? I'd rather not run into any more surprises, I'll do an upgrade prior to install of the new cert.
