Question about STL Containers

I would like to know...

Can a program use more than one STL container ?

If so, I assume it would be different types. Could there be two STL container of the same type ?

For example, could I use these:

myMAP: MAP
mySTACK: STACK

Or.. Could I have:

InputMAP: MAP
OutputMAP: MAP
mySTACK: STACK
