The answer lies behind door # 3). You're on the right track. Remember that secondary keys may not be unique. It sounds like yours are not. The Reporter SORT won't do what you want in that case. What you can do is define a secondary key that has the primary key concatenated on to it. Then it should work. That's not a bad habit to get into anyway when setting up secondary keys because then when the records are retrieved they will be in order by primary key within that secondary key. This does take some planning with setting up the data record because the fields of the secondary keys must be contiguous. It may require duplicating the primary key fields in the record.
