Another CometLib issue

Had problems installing CometLib and found a different issue.

The TEMP folder under ...AppData\Local didn't have "Full Control" to the Temp folder. It should be like the attached JPG. Sometimes instead of UserName it's "Everyone".

This also happens to some users, kind of randomly. They've been running Comet fine for weeks and most of that day. They come back to Comet and "Full Control" has gone back to the minimum settings. Maybe some other software is changing the settings?
