Launching Comet 2015 w/ error

Launching Comet 2015 on a Windows 7 Workstation. See the attached screenshots.

Launched without issue on 30 other workstations.

This is only happening on this workstation.

I deleted ALL the COSW.INI files that were copied from the windows folder to the user and temp folders.
