Virtual Dongle for new Developer workstation

Not a rush as I have a spare USB dongle to keep the old (Win 7) and new (Win 10) Developer PC's going until I'm ready to make the switch.

What's the procedure?

And, hoping that new PC will resolve CometEx problems. Didn't work on prior two PC's or XP, Vista, and Win 7 :(
