UE and Visual Studio

With the new laptop in hand, I've stuck again on what to do about UltraEdit 16 and Visual Studio 2008

As the only part of VS I use is the dialog designer, I don't want to fork out the $$ to upgrade. And, since UE could be upgraded to Ultra Studio at a reasonable cost, maybe that's the way to go.

Brian wrote DPBuild that puts a linkage between VS and Comet. Doing a "build" in VS creates new INC files and copies them to Comet. How could that be done in Studio?
