Comet as Administrator

I was trying to run a batch file from Comet as an administrator. I found out that if I launch Comet using the "run as administrator" option, it works very well.

However, when I try to compile a program running Comet as an administrator, I get a CometLib Error message "System error: 80040154 - Class not registered"

Is there a way to run a dos batch file or launch a command prompt from Comet as an administrator without getting the Windows Confirmation screen? Or is there a workaround for the CometLib message?
