End-User had Comet VMs moved over the weekend to a new physical host. With this move, an issue started up on Monday with their email printer. Programs Email .pdf forms and archive to a Doc Manager archive. Starting Monday they are generating approximately 15% of the forms with zero-byte pdfs. I'm thinking the new physical host is running faster so I have bumped the "sleep" between forms from 3 to 4 seconds. Has anybody seen any other factor that would generate zero-byte pdfs? Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
