our new TEST server is Windows 7
our existing PROD server is Windows Server 2008
I guess it'll have to stay that way until we can re-compile all the old Comet/16 code

I guess I thought that we'd moved over "all the way" for Windows/32 when I did a mass update of
QIC => IB/MTB
