Mass compile

Win 10, Comet 522, UE 16

I remember that during a UE mass compile using a PRJ file, that if a IBS file was referenced that didn't exist the mass compile would abort.

This morning I did one and instead of an abort, empty IBS files were created and Comet 16 OBJ's were created. If they'd been Comet 32 OBJ's I might not have noticed.

Comet recreating the clutter I deleted isn't helpful. I liked the abort better.
