UE Project compile newbie here...>

Trying to set up a project compile for an end-user that did not go well. Was using Grant's Newprj program. I've shelved that for the time being, but the problem is that now when I try to compile an individual UE source program it defaults to trying to run the failed project. I'm now
manually compiling my programs with MTB.... Thanks in advance for any insight.
