rolling out file (4 sub-indices) how many pgms must I re-compile

I've got a file with one index
I've created a new file with 4 indices
I know that I've got to have an empty 4-key file before I copy over all the data

how many programs must I re-compile:
all
None
those that write/update
those that do I.O
