Installing Comet on Windows Server 2018

I bring comet up without issue on the server.

Try to bring up on a workstation I get this error in the startup log:

Also attached is jpeg of screenshot of errors.

I have access to the REL folder. Privileges are good.

The one thing that is different than all my other installations is we are mapping directly to the server C drive. All my other installations have always been mapped to a sharable data drive.

On the server in my office ( 2019 ) the workstations can access the Server C drive BUT cannot make any changes to it.

The network techs at my customer say that is not true here.

I'm not smart enough to argue the point.
