here in NYC we know how that "inspecting the lines" can go awry...
we've got a 5 Billion project to inspect and replace every one of our 1927 vintage signals in the Subway.... they're proceeding nicely, but the "motorman" are having none of it... theyre driving 5 miles under the limit in case the light fails and trips... causing them to drive thru the red (thats a mega NO-NO)
so I awakened this AM to a short loop of our Governor (subways are City/State coop) screaming:
"Drive the Speed Limit"
at least PSE&G didn't wait 90+ years to work on the lines :(
