We found the problem! The .339 CA update process is installing the .338 version of CosW instead of the .339 version of CosW. Therefore, it will never match the .339 host. This is causing the continued update question. We are correcting the problem for the .340 release which should be out soon. I will post a message on the forum when it is available.
