Cometlib.ddl registration error

Customer got new Win10 PC's. Tried to run CometAnywhere and received registration error on Cometlib. Tried "Run as Admin" with no luck. Tried regsvr32 in cmd on the temp folder. Still no luck. Any other recomendations?
