Server Error Message

Our Comet system runs on the following:
MS Server 2003
Comet Security Server 32 - 4.06 , CometServe 32 - 4.06
During our normal day of operating received the following error message on the server:
CFamNetServe.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x77f517de" referenced memory at "0xc000133"
The memory could not be "read".
Any suggestions on this problem?
