The "Create sub-archive" option will be disabled if you're running Comet16. You can only create a sub-archive on a Comet32 client however once the sub-archive has been created Comet16 clients can access it. This was due to a limitation using dynamic ACCESS when we developed this feature.

In order for an archive to show up in DocMgr the user must have access to the Comet folder where the archive lives and the archive printer that prints to that archive must be in the user's configuration. So if you limit access to either, you can control whether the archive is listed or not.
