End-user lives on Tally line printers. They used them back in the day, prior to .pdfs, and do not want to get off them. Why? Their tech support group provides services to the school district and they use Tally line printers so they have a warehouse full of the things. As their 32-bit PCs disappear, they've retained one in order to continue handling QSPOOL. In the meantime I've created Text archives in Doc Manager and have them migrating their reports from QSPOOL to DocMgr. They now want to print their text reports out of DocMgr. They get different looking output when they send a print job from QSPOOL to the line printer as opposed to printing the same job out of the DocMgr Text archive. Is there anything I can do to have the Text jobs print out of DocMgr and have the output resemble that out of QSPOOL? Thanks in advance, Tom
