Found that if I stay in standard mode, I can use "^p^p" for CRLFCRLF. Now I have just the CRLFs in the comments.

I don't want to go thru 28k records one at a time. So, how about this ...

1) replace ",^p" with ",~~~~". The comma is always just before the end of record CRLF.

2) replace "^p" with " ". That should fix the CRLF's in the comments.

3) replace ",~~~~" with ",^p".

Should now have just records. Or maybe a few to fix manually.
