There's not a way to delete a subarchive thru DocMgr. If you really want to do it you can do it manually but you'd have to be very careful not to mess anything else up.

If you want to do it manually, just delete its folder in Windows Explorer and delete its record in the SUBARCH file. It's a Comet keyed file in the same folder as the parent archive. There will be one record for each subarchive. Just delete the one record.
