The Debugger vs MFC71.DLL

I have a Windows 7 32bits workstation that I use to recompile Comet16 programs (mostly Nova stuff).

I found a extremely odd bug in CED and need to run it thru the DEBUGGER (COSD.exe).

Unfortunately the MFC71.DLL is missing. I am using Comet 2017.512 /32

I thought this DLL was included in the Comet install but cannot find it in the last 12 or so versions that I have in my downloads.

I tried Comet Workstation 2006.381 but it is not there either.

Does any one know how to use the Comet16 debugger on Windoze 7 32bits ?
