Can't you tell the PDF printing to print actual size.
You may consider using paper size C4
DMPAPER.ENV.C4 = 30 ! Envelope C4 229 x 324 mm (9 x 12.8)
You have to hope that the printer will allow you to Continue with the slight difference of actual paper size (Manual feed should work).
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
