Hi, Andy. It sounds like some piece of Comet is crashing during the startup. Since you can't get the log by clicking on "Details" you can try to retrieve it from its folder. Look for it in
C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Signature Systems\LOGS
Depending on how early in the process it is crashing you may or may not have a log for your attempt.
