Hi, Tom. The FAQ page linked to from the Forum page will tell you where to find the CosP.log and has a link to the CosW.ini doc which tells you how to turn on logging. You should also check the Comet.log assuming they are running a somewhat current version of Comet. (Document=) may log error info there.
