I need to set up a brand new spooler

I am attempting to setup a brand new spooler for a group of users. I want to send generate the reports in a folder called:
comet\mainoffice

I need to know, how I should:
A configure the following info in the INI file,
B. Set up a printer to print to that directory
C. set up the directory so that DOCMGR can get to it.
