OK here's what's going on. First, they are trying to run Comet16, not Comet32. If you want them to be running Comet32, put /32 on the Comet short-cut options and you'll be good to go. If you really want them to be running Comet16 then you've got a bit of work to do.
We stopped making Comet16 releases with the .512 version. Comet16 isn't even included in the .zip of the release anymore. So, when you installed the latest Comet release you didn't get any change to the Comet16 files. To get the most recent version of those you need to install version .512. I've included a link to the download folder for you. This is all explained here: Installing Comet16
Note that even after doing this they will never get beyond version .512 as long as they stay on Comet16.
Also, they are running 6 year old versions of the Security Server and File Server. I recommend bringing that up to date as well.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
