Are they running the latest version of the File Server? We did fix one SearchFile bug in version 19.00 that caused problems if the file was > 4gb.

Also, if you're asking if NOEXCP works on SearchFile (your syntax is incorrect BTW) the answer is apparently "No". Not sure why not. It may have been omitted from the list of statements by mistake.
