1. Yes that is normal logging when a session disconnects.
2. /NSP is for internal use. It's automatically added to your Comet command line.
3. This indicates that the last attempt to send a packet to the Security Server failed. Generally that would be because the connection to the server was lost. You might check the CSecSrv.log file to see if there are any hints there.
