Hi, Doug. I was hoping someone else would have a suggestion. I really don't know. You might look at the Comet.log for the time of one of the failures to see if there's any error message. Also, if the 200-300 emails are being sent in batch by a program you might try adding a short PAUSE between emails. The PDF creation process does take some time and maybe you're trying to push too many too fast.
