Hi, John. DataExpress loads your .ibr info into its forms so you can edit the report. Once you click "Save" it creates a new .ibr and writes new Reporter statements to produce the report based on the current forms. Thus any comments you had are gone. If you are just making a small change to a report maybe you should use the "Edit Report with Text Editor" instead of DataExpress. Your comments will remain intact.
