Not sure if your last post means you solved your problem or not. You'd have to change the PRINTERS section and the DIRECTORIES section in your node's .ini, then SYSGEN. Also, the QDIR for the customer's folder would have to have the same Comet directory name as used in the PRINTER section for the archive printer and you would have to have ACCESS to it.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
