As usual, didn't quite get the full story. Two users run IR.IBR. On one partition, they get the error. On a second partition, they don't. It's been consistent for several weeks despite reboots and power downs.

I looked at #CPROMPT and the settings look identical for both partitions. Could there be some corrupted, partition based, file that isn't being erased?
