COSW.INI location

Is there an easy way to determine the location of COSW.INI from within Comet? There's some info I'd like to be able to access, specifically data in the [Colors] section.

Here's a sample of the batch file I use to launch Comet:

set cometprogs=c:\comet\cometinidata\client\exe
set cometdata=c:\comet\cometinidata\client
set catemp=c:\comet\cometinidata\client\exe
c:
cd\comet\cometinidata
C:\comet\cometsys\comet.exe /net:

Using this batch, my cosw.ini is in the cometdata path that's set. I'm just trying to find the best way from within Comet to either a: identify the cometdata path or b: identify the cosw.ini location.
