Got this after action report from our Router Guru.

Comet licensing is not being activated by the Comet licensing servers.
Ran a tracert and was successfully able to reach the remote server.
Looked through the logs and the error is that the connection is being refused.
Grant connected his laptop to the unsecured guest wifi and could connect to the licensing server.
Packets must be getting blocked by the SOPHOS.
Looked through the logs and discovered that the packets were being blocked by the Country Rules.
Turned off the Country Filter and that allowed the Licensing Service to connect.
Comet must have moved their licensing server off-shore over the weekend.
Need to fine-tune the Country rules after hours.

As I remember, there was some SSI downtime in the middle of this. I'd like to turn the Country Rules back on.
Is the SSI License server "out of country"? If yes, where.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
