In reviewing the logs related to the E61 error it appeared that the problem could be timeouts. The machine that was having the problem was notoriously slow so it seemed reasonable that Network issues could be related to the machines performance. I modified the code by adding pause statements after each call to the email printer. It seems to have solved the problem but time will tell.
