Changes for DSTAT ?

I tried running a program that I use once in a while. It looks at all the sessions and indicate either they are Local/Remote and if they are active by checking DSTAT's position 21 = '@01@'

It Crashed with an Excp 31 while trying to do a DSTAT on an inactive Partition.

This program was written in 2007 and has been maintained over the years.

Has any changes been done to the DSTAT that would cause it to crash on an inactive partition (Local or Remote)

Tested using Comet16 and Comet32.515 Compiled as Comet16 and Comet32 objects
