Thank you Tom! I just made 2 changes to this parameter in the registry in these places:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Terminal Server (was set to 1)
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Control\Terminal Server (was set to 1)
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server (was set to 0)

I'll reboot tonight and see how tomorrow goes.
