In the FAQ about CometLib.dll not registering, I'd like to add a third suggestion for when fix-it one and two fail.
Check the security settings on the User's Temp folder. I've recently had a Win10 user whose settings weren't "Full Control".
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
