Unfortunately, the TCP/IP framework that the email printer is built on only supports TLS 1.0 and 1.1. I've looked into it and updating to the newer TLS versions in comet would require a complete overhaul of the underlying TCP/IP framework, which is daunting to say the least. We are not working on this at this time.

I think there might be a way to force microsoft to support the older TLS frameworks somewhere deep in their settings. If not, there are other SMTP services that still allow you to use older TLS versions. SMTP2GO is one such service that seems pretty affordable.
