E46 on get global

G'day,
One remaining customer has rung to say they are getting weird errors.
The one i have seen is an E46 on a get global.
Programs have not been touched in some years.
Could this be related to licencing issue as they were late in paying but is still only the 30th here in Asutralia.
Really unsure where to go global attributes have not changed in roughly 20 years.
