After displaying a document in doc manager it sits there for a few seconds and then asks for an Adobe username and password. As far asI know the customer does not have one,
It was originally installed using the Bullzip stuff and has worked fine for years . Nothing in my system has changed for at least two years .
all of a sudden my invoices nad quotes and orders ar printing the heading and no line items and then waiting for adobe.
Does Bullzip need an uradde, system is Windows 10 , up to date as far as it can go, will not accept Win11
No real idea where to start looking .
Customer has multiple branches, this is only happening at one (at the moment)
Any ideas ???
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
