Converts Excel code to DLL

I just read an article in Infoworld, URL attached, about a company called Savvysoft that offers a product that will convert a block to Excel code into a DLL. "You can take that DLL and use it as you please in any Windows application."
I guess that means us too. We are "any Windows application."
