USB Security Dongle

Just purchased a new HP Elitebook Laptop. Comet Server installs but the security service will not see the USB Dongle. Disabled all security. Ran CBU Setup. Install the Dongle. No red LED. Enclosed the LOG files and CBUSB check. Other devices work ok. Is there an upgraded dongle?
