Sorry for the (very) late reply here, but I wanted to follow up with some more info.
We recently started seeing Google (I also imagine other SMTP servers are as well) tighten their security around SMTP headers and were getting a lot of rejected messages as well. Essentially, the email printer was writing multiple TO and CC lines in the header, and the new RFC specification they are adopting says they should all be on one line.

I believe if you use the new email printer, you shouldn't have to update any of your programs to modify the TO/CC addresses.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
