Well the E87 comes up when the file server is attempting to read the record, but it hits the end of file before it gets the entire record read. So it's reading more than 0 data from the file, but not an entire record.
This suggests to me that something got messed up in the data file or records. The E32 error when you expect the key to be found would also support this. Maybe try rebuilding the keyed file?
Is this an intermittent issue? Or does it happen consistently at some specific point? Does the CFAM log show anything of note at the time of the errors?
