Hi Lou. I'm not sure at this point why the file transfer got stuck. What is more curious is that you say caupd337.exe got locked up looking for COSD. How did you determine that? COSD is not part of the update package. The update program tries to move each program (for backup) that it is going to update. If that program cannot be moved the program will wait. A program will not be moveable if it is in use so check to make sure that all of your Comet sessions are unloaded and try again. Let me know how it gows and if your still having a problem we'll talk on the phone.
