When you open the error details, which opcodes are the errors coming up on? Read/write? open/close?

The file is qstart2 in cos, so I don't think that the windows temp files cleanup would be the issue. Definitely possible its an AV/backup issue. Is the COS folder located on the win10 server? If it's hosted elsewhere could also be a network problem.
